The Exacta Warehouse Control System (WCS) Monitor collects and stores system data to provide configurable alerts for problems, daily and weekly statistics emails and historical reporting. Data collected with Exacta WCS Monitor includes conveyor statistics, scanner statistics and divert lane statistics. This information is used to generate the complete uptime of the system. Monitor can be set to capture controls statistics at configurable intervals.
The Warehouse Control Software Human Machine Interface (HMI) can be used to start or stop the system, diagnose any problems, and display system statuses. Color schemes and links to subsections allow for quick access to all system information. More information on Human Machine Interfaces.
