Order Management Software (OMS)
ASAP Automation’s Order Management Software (OMS) receives orders from a wide variety of sources and trading partners. Once orders are received, business rules are applied and the orders are assigned to the optimum distribution center for order fulfillment based on several configurable criteria. Orders downloaded for fulfillment are monitored for line item major status changes through the order fulfillment process. The status changes are sent up in real time to the originating order source. When the orders have been completed, the Order Management Software (OMS) also interfaces to ERP/financial systems to initiate the proper invoicing or financial transaction. Our Order Management Software (OMS) allows multiple incoming order sources and order fulfillment centers to operate under a common browser for visibility to view things such as order status and order details. Reports including ones such as: daily order volume, percentage of backorders per day and pieces per order are part of our Order Management Software solution.
Customer Service Representative and Trading Partner Visibility
Based on security levels, Customer Service Representatives and Trading Partners can quickly and easily view order status as well as current inventory levels. Trading partners can see specific product usage and proactively recommend reorder quantities for high velocity products. The only software required is a standard internet browser.
