Exacta® Manager Console
One of the unique supply chain software modules offered by ASAP Automation within the Exacta® software suite is Console™. Console™ is a color coded dashboard of graphical information for productivity, picking, stocking (put-away) and cycle counting with drill down capabilities within each chart that open up to provide more specific detail. With Console™, an easy to read and understand tool, key information is at your fingertips to let you quickly view the status of processing in your warehouse.
Exacta Console dashboard tool allows users to:

Exacta® Manager™ Reporting
The Exacta® software suite offers a standard suite of reports. All reports are browser based, allowing authorized individuals to view them from remote locations. Types of reports offered include activity reports, productivity reports, inventory reports and order reports. The reports are based on Crystal Reports allowing ASAP Automation or you to develop custom reports to meet your business requirements.
Exacta® Manager™ Administration and Configuration Tools
Utilities within Exacta® Manager™ provide the ability to look up warehouse activity transactions and events as well as database activities. The administration programs are all browser based and can be accessed by anyone on the network with proper log in rights. Various administrative tools are used primarily in configuration of the system while others are for day to day operational execution and inquiries.
Exacta® Event Director™
It is often the unidentified little problems that slow down your operation. ASAP Automation's Event Director™ proactively monitors the health of the services that run unattended on the server. In the event of a problem, Event Director™ logs the event and sends out real-time alerts via email, PDA, or cell phone, to provide you a window of opportunity to resolve potential problems quickly before impacting your operation. The level of problem and method of contact is configurable. The open architecture allows for easy additions to monitor other supply chain software applications as well.
Parameters typically monitored by Event Director:
- Import receives info with bad data (not meeting required format)
- Export tries to send something but connection to host system is lost
