SmartCart™
ASAP Automation’s wireless based SmartCart™ provides batched order picking capability for increased picking rates from conventional shelving or case flow rack. Graphical touch screens can direct operators to both the pick and put-away locations. “Put” lights can be added onto the cart for an even faster process. Custom cart designs can be provided to meet specific tote or carton size or batch quantity requirements. The cart battery is specified to provide at least one full shift of operation before having to be recharged. SmartCarts™ can quickly be added to your operation to meet variable peak demand or seasonal picking requirements.
