Exacta® Software for Pick To Light (PTL) Systems
The Exacta® Acculight™ Pick To Light system has the flexibility to use pick to light as a standalone PC based system or be integrated directly into ASAP Automation’s Exacta® WMS or other warehouse management systems or host systems. Through Exacta® Manager™, real time visibility to order status and picker productivity is displayed. Standard reports offered as part of a pick to light solution include operator productivity and operator productivity comparison. The software runs on the Windows operating system with interfaces to other systems supported through TCP/IP sockets, FTP, table to table, MQ Series, MSMQ, HTML, SAP BAPI or IDOC.
Not all businesses can use a Pick To Light system the same way or require the same identical functionality. With this in mind, ASAP offers standard software functionality common to most situations as well as custom designed software to support unique functionality requirements. The goal is to provide a Pick To Light solution that meets current requirements but has the flexibility to change and grow with future needs.
