New Pick to Light (PTL) Standalone Kitting Application from ASAP Automation

 

As part of ASAP’s picking automation solutions, a new standalone Pick-to-Light application was recently developed and installed. It is completely self-contained, requiring no interfaces to any outside system as orders or kits are set up using the Exacta Manager utility. This standalone system reduces installation time, risk and cost, and is perfect for kitting and other value-add applications. Operators are trained in minutes on how to use the system with little to no learning curve, keeping production moving.
