ASAP Automation maintains a full time staff of programmers, installation technicians, and help desk technicians to sustain your operation. For North American customers, you can purchase one of two plans that ASAP Automation has to offer after your complimentary support period runs out. These plans are further defined below. The Standard Gold support plan offers coverage from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The Platinum support plan offers coverage 24 hours a day 365 days a year. With either of these plans a special phone number is provided that routes your call to our on call support technician. To guarantee that you will receive a timely response we have escalation procedures in place in the unlikely event that our main on call support technician is unavailable.
Standard Gold Software Support Plan
Under this plan, unlimited telephone support is available during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Local Time), 5 days per week excluding holidays.
24 Hour Platinum Software Support Plan
Under this plan, unlimited telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A special telephone number is provided along with a guarantee of a timely callback.
