System Summary:

Fast food giants such as Taco Bell and Pizza Hut often rely on Archway Marketing to provide them with sales and marketing products.

In order to facilitate a fast turnaround of orders, Archway looked to ASAP Automation for help.

Two sections of LDP have been installed in the company’s Romulus, Michigan distribution center.

A transaction processor based system now allows all picks and order data to be sent directly to the host.

Following the switch from it’s old paper picking system, Archway has been able to decrease labor by 50 percent while increasing accuracy to nearly 99 percent.
