Damir Kantardzic, President
Damir joined ASAP in 1995 as Software Developer and within a year moved into the position of Lead Software Engineer. In 2002, he was promoted into the position of “Vice President of Software Development”. In 2008, Damir became President of ASAP Automation, LLC. Damir has over 18 years of experience as a software engineer, architect, and manager. He has been actively involved on numerous multi-million dollar ASAP Automation projects and has a working knowledge of all the Exacta software modules. Damir provides direction for our R&D efforts on new software products bringing both customer requests and innovative supply chain concepts to market. Damir holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer in Web, Windows and Distributed Applications development. He also holds Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certifications in all three development areas as well as being a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer in C++ and SQL Server.
Eric Cameron, Vice Presdient of Sales
Eric joined the ASAP family in 2001 after finishing his coursework at the University of Louisville. His career at ASAP began as a sales consultant, a role in which he was responsible for the design, sales, and commissioning of many WMS and WCS systems. In 2005, Eric began to transition into a leadership role, directing ASAP’s sales efforts as Sales Manager. In 2010, Eric was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he directs and oversees all sales efforts for the company. Eric enjoys the partnerships developed as well as the engineering challenges involved in enhancing our customers' businesses.
Mark Curtis, Software Development Manager
As a Software Development Manager for ASAP Automation, Mark enjoys the challenge of taking leading edge technologies and applying those technologies as solutions to customer requirements. The support that ASAP gives Mark in integrating new technologies is a huge benefit both to ASAP and ASAP's customers.
Cory Colon, Technical Support Manager
In 2002, Cory began as a Quality Control Specialist with ASAP. Cory has had a hand in nearly every project that ASAP has done in her time with the company. She is currently responsible for customer support, and is always going above and beyond to ensure all customer needs are addressed. As a result of her leadership and dedication to quality, Cory remains heavily involved with Quality Assurance efforts. She has been involved in the integration and implementation of numerous transportation management systems, acting both as lead of the Quality Assurance effort and Project Manager. She enjoys being part of a hardworking and dedicated team.
Nancy Hauer, Information Analyst Manager
Nancy has been with ASAP Automation since 1985 and leads the team of Information Analysts (IA's) at ASAP Automation. Though the years she's been involved in all aspects of our business including project management, requirements gathering, design, QA and customer support. ASAP's IA's focus on understanding customer's requirements and educates customers on Exacta's capabilities. The IA's also act as the customer's advocate internally at ASAP. IA's stay involved with the project through requirements gathering, design, development and QA to make sure the end product matches the customer's original requirements. Nancy also participates in ASAP's Product Design Steering Committee (PDSC) so please assist her if she solicits feedback on product enhancements. Nancy's strong background in both the software and warehousing industries helps ASAP Automation develop high quality software products.
Joe Lutrell, Operations Manager
In the role of Operations Manager for ASAP Automation, Joe works to provide the project managers, site supervisor and project scheduler in Operations with sustainable best-practice processes that enable them to consistently exceed customer business needs while driving the continued financial success of ASAP and ASAP's Halo partners. Operations' goal is to provide exemplary implementation and account management services based on a philosophy of team work and process discipline that immediately differentiates us from our competitors and provides a built-in strategic advantage that drives word-of-mouth sales from highly satisfied customers.
Jason Ratlif, Quality Assurance Manager
Jason joined ASAP after completing his degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Kentucky University. While in school he held a Co-Op position as a Data Entry Coordinator in the transportation department of Kentucky River Foothills Development Council. At KRFDC, Jason implemented a new client tracking system and maintained their network and hardware. Jason's first project after joining ASAP was with GAGE Marketing, which was a successful Exacta LDP installation. Since then Jason has worked on such projects as Motorola, Vac-Con, Forest, Dicksons, Zimmer, CVS, BeautyJungle.com, Shaklee, and Covance. Jason enjoys working at ASAP where each day poses new and challenging problems to solve. Jason also considers the fieldwork associated with his position to be a refreshing change of pace from sitting in the office day in and day out.
SPS Chauhan, Director of Business Development
Chauhan joined ASAP Automation India in February 2003 to promote Business Development in Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining ASAP, Chauhan was working as Director Indian Operations for Miebach Logistics and heading the Competence Center Engineering & IT. He specializes in Supply Chain Analysis, Design of Complex Logistics Networks, Design of Warehouses, Warehouse Management Systems, Project Planning / Management, Cost Optimization & Change Management. Bill Bastian, II, CEO
Bill's first project with ASAP Automation was back in 1988 to install an advanced picking distribution center for Polygram in Indianapolis. Since then, he has been involved in the design and installation of many multi-million dollar projects. His technical area of expertise focuses on developing hybrid automated material handling systems that combine advanced Supply Chain Execution Software, superior material handling technology, and sound operational management to execute the customer's strategic business goals. Lately, much of his time has been dedicated to helping e-Commerce companies' focus on automated picking techniques for their distribution operations.
