Human Resource Manager

Laurie graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and found she had a desire to work in human resources. She started as a human resource coordinator with a small firm and really enjoyed the recruiting and employee relations. She moved to a full time recruiting position before becoming an HR Manager in her next role.

Laurie enjoys the variety that HR brings, especially in her current role. She is able to work with recruiting, benefits, training, and employee relations for four companies under the Halo umbrella. Her experience at ASAP Automation has been wonderful! The people are welcoming and the position has great experiences and challenges. She feels she makes a difference in the success of the company.

In her free time, Laurie likes to spend time with family and friends. Laurie and her husband have a wonderful little boy who is re-introducing them to the world with a whole new perspective. They enjoy traveling, playing at home, and spending time as a family.
